Distribution lists

These are also known as groups. It is where you can place a number of email recipients into one email address bundle so that everyone in that grouping will receive the same email. It makes it easier to find that bundle in your address book and will ensure that everyone receives all of the messages.

It can also be used for group wide discussions on topics when the recipients reply using the Reply All button. Everyone in the group will receive the reply and can then reply to that; and so on.
